Keynote Speaker, Podcast Host & Comedian
Patricia Friberg is a highly respected speaker who uses a humorous, dynamic, authentic, motivating, and compassionate speaking style to reach and influence her audience. As an accomplished health, fitness, counseling, and coaching expert, her niche is speaking on Health & Wellness which includes stress management, mindfulness, and self-care. In addition, Patricia can speak on discovering and understanding character strengths, goal setting, and adopting new habits for management teams and entrepreneurs.
As the creator and star of the award-winning three-volume Pre and Postnatal fitness DVD series “Belly Beautiful Workout”, she was the spokesperson for prenatal/postnatal fitness with Mamapedia. She has produced over 50 episodes on her podcast “Learned it from an 80s Song” and is launching her second YouTube show/ podcast, “The Swiss Mrs. Show”; Crossing Borders to New Perspectives. In addition, Patricia has provided seminars and performed comedic and motivational stories from the book “Why Didn’t Anyone Tell Me This Sh*t Before” in which she authored a chapter.
Patricia has held multiple past roles as fitness manager, instructor, and educator, and is highly regarded for her ability to challenge clients in a warm and encouraging manner. She was a National Presenter and Educator for Equinox Fitness Clubs and was nominated for Presenter of the Year in 2019. She also spearheaded team building for management and created a six-week wellness program for her team at Equinox. She launched “Power 4 Pink Workout”, a philanthropic DVD to benefit BCRF, The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Patricia was also a National Charity League speaker 2015-2021 covering topics from self-esteem building, healthy lifestyle, stress management via Strengths Discovery, and strengths-based Yoga. She has provided crowd warm-ups for many fundraising events and is the fitness expert and spokesperson for the JAM School bringing fitness breaks to school children across the globe. She has contributed and appeared on NBC, ABC 7, and KTLA. Patricia also performed in over 10 Student Shows with The Second City’s Conservatory Improvisation program.
Patricia is participating in a Graduate Program at the University of East London and expects to graduate with a Master of Science (MSc) in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology in 2023. She earned a Master of Professional
Studies in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute School of Art and Design in New York and graduated from Spring Hill College in Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy. She is the mother of two children, and currently resides in Lucerne, Switzerland with her husband.
