That’s where Patricia comes in.
By providing a supportive, fun, and warm environment, her clients can achieve their optimal career, health, and personal goals. Whether they want to find the dream job, lose weight, or confidently step into a new leadership position, Patricia helps her clients find a way by instinctively distinguishing their unique contribution to the world.
Her coaching philosophy is to help her clients achieve their goals while allowing for self-discovery, so clients learn to live their purpose. Patricia dives into her creativity to regenerate through art projects, practicing mindfulness on a walk or yoga when she's not working.
Giving back has always been a part of Patricia's life. Kindness is contagious, and generosity creates a ripple effect.
When she was 12 years old, one of her teachers learned of a family involved in a fatal car crash. Both parents died, and the two children were left paralyzed. The teacher asked Patricia if she would like to visit them on Saturdays at the local hospital, and she said "yes." For months, she would see the two kids every week and provide them with recreation like air hockey or wheelchair games she made up on the spot. She would do anything to lift their spirits.
At 13, she took courses to learn how to be a Junior Nurse Candy Striper so she could help nurses, make beds, measure intake and output, and other protocols. From this point forward volunteering became part of her life.
Patricia spent a year after college volunteering and working toward social justice in a domestic peace corp called the Jesuit Volunteer Corp. She moved to Portland, Maine to work with the homeless suffering from mental illness as well as on a crisis hotline.
In 2012, she entered a contest and won free production of a DVD. She took the opportunity to create Power 4 Pink Workout, a Philanthropic DVD where all sales went directly to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
