Chris Shelton, the author of “Qigong for Self-Refinement” and Teacher of Qigong and Chinese medicine, experienced the power of healing after a traumatic injury left him unable to walk. With the martial arts discipline, Qigong practices, and Chinese medicine, Chris regained his strength becoming a martial arts champion and a world-renowned healer. He and his wife, Parisa Shelton, founded Morning Crane Healing Arts Centers and the Qigong teacher training program.
