moms to bounce back quickly.
This motivation Belly Beautiful Workout, Volume 3 in the series for new moms “Pre and Postnatal Pilates Barre Fusion” includes specialized workouts for both pre and postnatal. In this program Patricia creatively combines a blend of Barre and Pltates for a long and lean body. It is a head to toe workout developing the overall strength of the body and as with all the Belly Beautiful workouts, follows the guidelines of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists for safe exercising. The program is divided into step wise segments so you can select the workout that best fits your needs for any given day.
The workout sections include
Pelvic floor activation exercises.
Pre and postnatal barre for arm and thigh exercise
Pre and postnatal barre back and bottom exercises
Patricia demonstrates exercises for the first trimester and postnatal while 2 pregnant ladies do the exercises for second and third trimester Stretch and Align series; Postnatal Pilates; Diastasis recti; a New Dad bonus section to help dads build tolerance and strength for the use of new muscles when lifting baby; plus a section where Patricia answers pre and postnatal questions.

About Patricia Friberg
All around Health and Fitness expert, Patricia Friberg is the creator of the award winning Belly Beautiful Workout series and has been motivation students in her private and group fitness classes for over 20 years. She teaches a variety of formats including: Pilates, Spinning, Kickboxing, Step, BOSU, Body Pump, Circuit, Outdoor Boot Camp, and Yoga. Patricia is fully certified by Stott Pilates and holds certifications in GYROTONIC, GYROKIENESIS, Yoga, Barre, Schwinn Cycling as well as the American Council on Exercise. She teaches in premier clubs and studios across the country including Las Angles, New York and Chicago, including Harpo Studios, Yoga Works and Equinox. Patricia trains professional athletes including players in the NBA and NFL and is a regular contributor to the online workout site, Fitness Glow. Patricia is ACE certified and a member of IDEA.
Outside of fitness, Patricia is a licensed mental health counselor with a Masters degree from Pratt Institute. Currently Patricia lives in Southern California with her husband and two boys. Patricia’s “Power for Pink Workout” DVD raises money for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and she volunteers her time and hosts an annual Power for Pink event to raise funds for BCRF. She also continues to volunteer as the fitness advisor to the non-profit JAM school program.
