Patricia has been motivating students for over 18 years. She is know for her ability to challenge her clients in a warm and encouraging manner, leaving them inspired and prepared to achieve their goals. She has taught a variety of group and individual formats in premier clubs in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles (at sites including Equinox Fitness Clubs, The East Bank Club, and Proactive Sports Performance Lab, and YogaWorks). Patricia has also taught for Harpo Studios in Chicago. More recently, she has begun teaching online for FitnessGlo. Patricia teaches a variety of formats including; pilates, cycle, barre, corrective exercise, conditioning, and myofascial release. Patricia currently teaches classes in southern CA, where she also has specializations in pre/post natal rehabilitation, breast cancer survivorship, and several sports-specific indications. Patricia continues to work with many college level and professional athletes including NFL and NBA players.
She is fully certified by STOTT Pilates (mat and equipment, all levels) holding additional certifications in GYROTONIC Level 1 &2 and GYROKINESIS. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise. Patricia has completed the 200 Yoga teacher training and has nearly completed the 300 hour professional program with YogaWorks. Through her work, she has been featured in and contributed to magazines including Pilates Style (cover story) Self, New Living and several Chicago based publications. She has also appeared or contributed to ABC’s affiliate WLSTV 9, KTLA, KABC 7, NBC’s The Today Show, in support of her programs.
She is the creator of the award winning prenatal & postnatal fitness 3 volume DVD series Belly Beautiful Workout. She was awarded the “Producers Choice Award” by 208 Entertainment INC and has launched her Philanthropic DVD, Power 4 Pink Workout to benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. The Bottom Line & a Core Defined is her latest DVD which is a scientific approach to developing gluteal and abdominal strength. Patricia is the fitness expert for the JAM School Program and The JAM World Record Event bringing fitness breaks to school children across the globe. This fitness campaign helps keep kids active and prevent childhood obesity. Patricia also holds a master’s degree in art therapy & clinical counseling, and has worked with intensive outpatient programs for multiple populations, including those with eating disorders and in need of weight management.
